How these forms are used.

Scale Your Studio uses GoHighLevel to store the contact details and setup information you submit, deliver requested resources and handle kit support.

Your resource request

The resource form asks for your first name and email address. Submitting it requests resource delivery. The optional email-updates checkbox is separate; leaving it unchecked does not prevent access to the requested resource.

Setup and support

Information you provide about signup or setup is used to review your request and help with the kit. A submitted form does not by itself prove an affiliate referral. Do not submit credentials, payment details or private student information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link. Email [email protected] to request a correction or removal of your submitted contact information, or ask a privacy question.

This page describes the current kit forms and delivery process. It does not describe your own teaching business or replace the policies you need for your students.
